stubborn mule
ok....so i think, i THINK i found the most common thing med students/doctors have w each other...
we're just plain STUBBORN.
yup. stubborn as A MULE.
my mum told me that one of her friends who is married to a doctor once said:
"all doctors have one common disease.....they think they can do nothing wrong."
well....i know i do plenty wrong...but i'm still very stubborn.
sigh.

what do you mean when you say "they think they can do nothing wrong" ... as in they're not allowed to make a mistake anytime [which is fair enough]... or that they think that they're always right .. which can be seen as being confident, stubborn or plain arrogant... hope we don't fall into the latter group =]
unfortunately, it is the latter. yep, apparently most doctors HAVE TO BE RIGHT.... a common trait if u will.
weird though eh?
i can see that in us though.....we're all very stubborn, and let's face it, some of us are arrogant too.
hehe oh well....
