saturday plans
HELLO THERE PPL!
ok...after a short discussion w seetha, we've decided on a ALL FUN DAY saturday..hehe yeah...
now since i'm not rocking up to uni tomorrow (someone apologise to seetha for me, bc i told her i would be making it to uni, but then talked to my parents who also said that IT MAKES SENSE for me to stay home, yay!) i thought i'll blog it out for everyone to know
Now here's the big plan ok? It's just the overview at the moment - bc there are still some numbers to figure out and restaurants and places to figure out too...but we'll get there..eventually...hehe
Saturday 9th October
* oh FRIGGIN HELL! i just realised what day that is!!!! ELECTION DAY! HOW RUDE!!
oh blah ok look we'll have an overview so u guys can figure out whether or not u have to fix things and make things pretty ok?
i plan to vote in the wee early morning so i can beat the stupid crowds...hope u guys who have to vote plan to do the same thing bc of what i'm thinking may be planned:
10 or 10 30 am - sorry the movie times aren't actually out yet..will tell closer to the day ok?
event: SHARK'S TALE! hehe we're going to see some sharkys! we're going to see some sharkys!
place: hehe not planned either but i'm guessing either hoyts chadstone, or village knox, glen
length of movie: 90 mins - so hopefully, if we get in at 10 30 we'll be done by 12.
would much appreciate if ppl told me if they were coming so i can get u those cheap $9 tickets - please tell me by thursday? anyone is invited (bc i'm bringing david along...) and also, since i'll be driving - i should have 3 extra spaces should anyone want to place their butt in my big old car.
ps. mady? we we're wondering if it was possible to rearrange ur tutoring time? if not...don't worry sweetie, i'll come and pick u up after 12 - which will mean i'll have 2 places left...hehe yeah
ok so that's the morning planned - no its not compulsory for anyone to come but seetha and i will DEFINITELY be watching that movie!
WHAT IS COMPULSORY (hehe ok not really, but we would really really really really really really really really love it if u guys can come) is to our luncheon!
Time: i'm guessing somewhere btw 12 30 - 1
Place: hehe still undecided...actually, any of u have any ideas?
again, it may be useful to know the numbers so we can book if needed
Now after lunch...hmmmm seetha and i wouldn't mind bumming...hehe someone's house would be nice...but if all else fails...hehe we can come back to my house i guess (hmmmm should check on the parents for that)
Now this is when it gets a little blurry. Seetha has to leave at some time to go have her family b'day dinner. i also guess there are many of u, who would rather go home after this gathering bc well...yes i know, exams are in 3 weeks
and actually maybe its not a bad idea to come back home at i don't know, 5? hehe BUT i want this saturday be the only day where i get to do no work for the next 3 weeks..so i'm leaving night time open...
Now i realise that the morning and lunch is fairly monash orientated - but that doesn't mean mixing can't happen (u've all meet each other anyway - ok so u haven't met seetha and paul - but they're cool ppl) but if some of u plc girls feel uncomfortable abt that give me a call and i should be free saturday night - hehe and u guys wouldn't mind if there was mixing going on there either yeah? probably won't be...since i'm guessing most of my monash friends will have enough of me for the day (hehe who wouldn't)
anyway night time plans were basically either dinner or no dinner (doesn't bother me) but definitely some more quality time spent w friends - be it one or a whole bunch of ya...hehe it would be nice (hehe purple stone? someone's house? awww...i have no idea what to do at night!)
See the thing is guys, this isn't to celebrate my b'day. In fact, make all the fuss u want over seetha's b'day, but i would REALLY prefer it if there wasn't much made a
abt mine on sat bc well...my b'day is on thursday so i'm over it..hehe..yeah...
what this is really abt is i'm abt to hermit myself for the next 3 weeks. it's not long, but think of it more like no real spending time w ANY friends for a month. ouch. gotta hurt. and i guess i sorta want to intoxicate myself on sat so that i can live off that for the next month. hehe so there is no special occasion. just a group of friends, hanging out all day, all night.
would appreciate it if many can make it. even if its for one hr. think abt it - sat is going to LOADS of fun. hehe
ps. I LIED. there is a special occasion. but it isn't seetha's nor my b'day that we both want to celebrate. oooh.....sounds intriguing doesn't it? wonder what it could be?....
