2nd year friends
ok.
there was a point in going to monash again today. my father was kind enough to leave car at home so i could drive to monash....went to pick up nads on the way...and demanding..."today, we make sure we get opthalmoscope skill down pact"
so, we get there and find suitable room. found bec and esther, and nice, shawn and ak in one room...but they were busy doing their own thing....so nads and i found ourselves an opthalmoscope (practically swiped it off other ppl) and then we went in search of a dark room...
well, on first floor...all the rooms were taken basically. in fact, i think a few of our first year class mates weren't too pleased w us when we barged through and asked if the little rooms were taken too (they were!)....so we decided to go upstairs...and half the rooms were locked.....and then we were checking the last room when "oh hey nads....hey chris" - and its ANNE! from 2nd year? my study buddy? and there's tuan, and derway and we're like..wow...long time haven't spoken for a while!
so u know what happens?
that whole group sort of assemble out, just to talk to me! (oh alright, and nads...but mainly me...since i was their study buddy RIGHT OFF FROM THE START!) and we have this nice chat going on btw all of us (there were two other 2nd years, but i dont' know their names! argh) and then tuan, mr. future pcl tutor, goes to anne and derway and the other two first years, let's study! and me and nads are like..yep, we should get cracking on this eye examination but then anne goes : wait! chris, u got any gossip? tell me?
me: oh well...hmmm..
tuan: let's get studying
anne: u guys go ahead, i'm going to find out gossip. tell me when u get to cranial nerves...
so the rest of them go back in to study
and i start to fill anne in on our gossip...and then i gain her gossip
big news from year 2? they now only have 3 EXSITING couples....
anyway, when that was done...cheryl came out of her group...and she wanted in...so we informed her of some stuff...made fun of her jaundice hands (they're really that yellow!) and then derway and tuan and the other two pop out bc they've done that section already...
so its the big group again..and we get talking some more....and i don't know what we were talking abt...i think dissection was a big topic...oh where they were all going next year (the whole group got split into sale or box hill) and just basically lots of jokes all around...and then...i saw a side of tuan i hadn't seen all year.....sleazy tuan...and it was rather...disturbing...even more so when nads got into the game....ARGH...MY EYES....hehe but must admit...funny...very funny...
anyway, tuan demanded they go in and do cranial nerves...but anne was like...ARGH...don't feel like studying...so she stayed out w me and nads AGAIN...hehe...and cheryl joined a bit....but anne, nads and myself got into rather personal talking....hehe....it was very cool....made cooler bc anne knows how bag out nads...hehe and keep it on nads (unlike carmen, who bags ME....see carmen, more fun to bag one person out (ie, nads) and have ME help u) ....we also found cookies (ok, young james found cookies and we took them from him)
anyway, by around 4 15 tuan come out and goes: what are u 1st years doing? still haven't done anything haven't u?
me and nads: ummmm no
tuan: bad
but he blonks himself on a chair and pulls up to the group me and anne and nads made and goes: so what's the goss
me: hehe what's going on w u tuan?
- made funny, bc tuan has gotten himself attached since i last saw him....
anyway, cheryl returns and so does her study group (bc their group is so big that they had to have 2 separate study groups) and then derway comes, and there's paul, and those two other first years which i dont' know the name of.....
and we start talking some more....basically nonsense...but definitely talked somemore....
and we talked our way to 5 30 pm!!!! MY GOSH! me and nads arrived around 2 10, we left at 5 30 and omg....we did NOTHING....
but those 2nd years...geez, hehe they're lots of fun. we just talked so much...hehe even when we got outside to chsme....we talked some more...and we were even invited to lunch for tomorrow! (except, well, it was cancelled bc cheryl had to go to a 1 yr old b'day party) and then we were invited to go visit tuan's, derway's and paul's place before derway and paul go up to sale! hehe SO WE'RE IN! hehe....i've also snatched anne and tuan to come back from box hill every whatever days to come and do "study buddy" w us next year....hehe...
and it was so cool...bc as we were leaving...those 2nd years wished ME GOOD LUCK for my osce....hehe u know....forget nads....hehe.....nah....they wished us luck for tuesday...but since nads has his osce on weds...he took offence to that....
so...hehe my non studying time at monash, i've decided to blame nads for it...bc he found anne first....hehehe although, anne, sort of made sure we didn't get work done...but never fear...i went home, called mady, asked if she was free tonight, found out that she was, so drove to her place and went through all the osces except for the linked ones...
see....i made up for the lost time. haha.
