all hands up
haha i've lived here for 12 years now, and now i realise i have A BLOODY FANTASTIC GARDEN??? haha. it has to be the fact that a) melb has had rain, sun, rain, sun, rain which = good green healthy grass b) today was AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC DAY weather wise c) my dad mowed the grass on the weekend!!!
haha i was going to go swimming today but bc i woke up late plus i felt a little ...ergh...i promised myself some outside time, u know get myself some of that sun. haha took out some work and laid on the grass --> part of the grass that i don't usually associate w sitting on might i add. AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. of course, not lots of work was done ( i fell asleep) and i had a soundtrack of some greek music (the neighbours were doing gardening) and the sun...haah when its not hot, the sun is great. sigh. i want summer here already. give me a relaxing weekend already.
haha i've realised lately that its human nature to rationalise ur own actions. ok, i know i'm a bit SLOW on the uptake. yet its still valid don't u think? for example, my dad, when he does housework on the weekend, ie recently he's been painting the damn house, he rations that HE SHOULD BE REWARDED w some coke or other soft drinks bc HE NEEDS THE ENERGY. haha oranges could do the same thing BUT NO, MUST BE THE SOFT DRINK. personally, i think its bc my mum would otherwise be like UM WHY? so my dad makes up that story so he can enjoy himself. haha.
i do it to i suppose. i've rationalised that I SHOULD be able to treat some ppl the way i do, bc its a REFLECTION of how they treat me. i always forget though, some may be acting towards me bc of how i treat them. yeah anyway.
put ur hand up if u hate exam studying.

Meeeeee memememe. And have barely even started.
Your point on rationalisation is deep, man. Vicious cycle and all.
Btw I'm envious of your grass. We only have the nature strip.
