Finally. Time for some good news. Exciting news. News to cover the worries for a while.
COUGAR is home. My beautiful baby. A red, 2 L GTI Golf Volkswagen. And he's soooo beautiful. I love him. As much as u can love a material thing. He just drives so smoothly. So cleanly. He smells GREAT. And everything is just...sooo pretty.
He finally came March 16.It took ages for the car to come to us though. We were meant to get it at the end of Feb, but what happened? So much. The dealership gave us so many excuses. 7 to be exact.
Excuses given by the dealership ppl:
1. It's somewhere on a ship. In the ocean.
2. The ship's arrived. We just don't know where it is in Aus atm.
3. We've located it. CUSTOMS has it. (yeah bc obviously Cougar tried to smuggle something in).
4. It's been released. But sent to another dealership.
5. OK we have it! --> They even told us to come pick it up at this time. But then, a day before we were meant to....
6. Ok, so ummm...ur car isn't working. The control box is ruined. We have to wait for a new box from overseas.
7. The box has come. Oh wait, no it hasn't. Germany won't tell us when its coming. Sorry.
By the time they told us we could get the car, I wasn't holding my breathe. I didn't believe it until I SAW IT. But it is here. It's good.
Before we got it, we managed to get them to give us a rental. They gave us a hyandai getz and its actually NOT a terrible car. Nothing like cougar, but not bad.
My parents told me abt the number plate on Thursday. It's URB. My dad told me by saying: U R BEAUTY!!! ... with his fob accent, i really had no idea what he was saying.
Come visit Cougar sometime. He loves ppl. Lol
